Introduction

Conjointly All-In-One Survey Research Platform provides an automated survey platform facilitating study design, data collection, and reporting used by clients and vendors for specific, closed-loop survey activities. The Conjointly All-In-One Survey Research Platform is classified as a hosting service provider.

In Conjointly, we strive to ensure a safe, predictable, and trustworthy online environment. The Conjointly Terms and Conditions and Conjointly Acceptable Use Policy lay down the restriction while using our services.

Member State Authorities can email our designated contact person info@conjointly.com for rapid direct communication, while users can report illegal content via email at support@conjointly.com. We aim to provide either a progress update or review results within 14 business days of receiving a report.

We employ human moderators exclusively to proactively audit platform content and review reports from Member State authorities and users. Decisions are made based on applicable local, state, national, and international laws, as well as our Terms and Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy. Our content moderators receive annual refresher training and yearly reviews of current best practices. Depending on the severity of violations, enforcement actions may include warnings, access suspension, access termination, or legal remedies.

We did not receive notices from users and Trusted Flaggers.
