Sharing experiments and reports with colleagues
You can share experiments and reports with colleagues and external parties using different access levels to maintain control while ensuring privacy and protection.
Understanding access levels
Different access levels determine what colleagues can do with your shared experiments:
Permission | Primary owner | Co-owner | View only |
---|---|---|---|
View experiments and reports | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
Edit experiment design and reports | ✓ | ✓ | ✗ |
Grant access to other colleagues | ✓ | ✓ | ✗ |
Transfer primary ownership | ✓ | ✗ | ✗ |

Sharing password-protected reports

- Click the button at the bottom-left of the screen and select .
- Navigate to the Report access tab:

Recipients need to access the report with the password. Please note that the recipients get Report only access, and the access remains valid for 6 months unless revoked earlier by the Primary owner of the experiment.
Categorising experiments using tags
You can categorise projects into separate tags to collaborate on relevant projects/experiments with your colleagues.
To create a new tag:
- Under your experiments page, select the button.
- Select at the top of the list, enter the name for your tag, and save.
- Hover over your new tag, then select the button.
- Enter the email address of the colleague you wish to share the tag with.
You can then assign your experiments to different tags, by dragging the tag towards the experiment you would like to tag, or hold and drag the experiment toward the tag.
