Does Conjointly support offline survey data collection?

While Conjointly operates primarily as an online market research platform, our team is fully equipped to support you with offline data collection methods.

In-person tablet surveys

(Also referred to as: Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing, CAPI, Kiosk Mode, Offline Digital Surveys)

Conjointly is highly effective for face-to-face interviews using digital tablets, such as iPads or Android devices. Our platform is optimised for weak and inconsistent internet signals allowing you to capture data and save responses even in rural areas or locations with poor internet connectivity. The data automatically syncs once a connection is restored.

Pen and paper data collection

(Also referred to as: Pen-and-Paper Personal Interviewing, Hard Copy Surveys)

The Conjointly team is able to assist you with designing an experiment suitable for print. For conjoint experiments, this involves:

  • us creating a template with specific choice sets designed for analysis.
  • you performing data collection in the field using the templates provided by the Conjointly team.
  • once data collection is complete, you returning the raw data to us.
  • our team digitising and processing the results to provide you with analysis and reporting tailored to your project requirements.

Phone data collection

(Also referred to as: Computer-Assisted Telephonic Interviewing, CATI, Telephone Interviews)

Similar to the pen-and-paper data collection, this involves:

  • us creating a set of call scripts with specific choice sets designed for analysis.
  • you performing data collection via CATI in accordance with the call scripts.
  • once data collection is complete, you returning the raw data to us.
  • our team digitising and processing the results to provide you with analysis and reporting tailored to your project requirements.
