How to disable auto-renew for the annual licence?

You can easily disable the auto-renewal annual licence on your own account with these few steps:

1. Go to the My licence and sharing setting page.
2. Click the Cancel renewal button at the bottom-left of the page

3. A pop-up window will appear to confirm the action, click OK to proceed
4. The page will reload, and you will get the confirmation message “Your licence recurrence has been cancelled”

5. If you would like to reactivate the licence auto-renewal, you can go to the same page and click Reactivate licence subscription button at the bottom-left of the page
