How to disable auto-renew for the annual licence?

You can easily disable the auto-renewal of the Conjointly annual licence for your team (if you are a team leader) with these steps:

1. Go to the Conjointly licence status and payment setting page.
2. Click the Cancel renewal button at the bottom-left of the page:

3. A pop-up window will appear to confirm the action, click OK to proceed.
4. The page will reload, and you will get the confirmation message “Your licence recurrence has been cancelled”.

Reactivation

If you would like to reactivate the licence auto-renewal, you can go to the same page and click Reactivate licence subscription button at the bottom-left of the page.

What will happen to my account without a paid licence?

1. You will still have the Basic tier with its awesome inclusions, which will allow you to set up and analyse various surveys, but not the advanced features.
2. Free features like [Insights Explorer][/solutions/insights-explorer/] will be accessible.
3. For your existing reports that require advanced features:

• You will not be able to access the online report.
• Password-protected access will also be disabled.
• You will be able to download the data from the experiment settings pages.
• Full functionality will be re-enabled once you purchase a new licence.
