Does Conjointly record responses from people who did not complete the survey?

Conjointly does not record the answers of respondents who dropped off in the middle of a survey. Only responses from people who completed the survey are captured and included in your data and reports.

If a respondent starts the survey but exits before finishing (or getting screened out), their partial answers are not saved. As a result, you will not be able to access or analyse the responses of those who did not complete the survey.

This is different from respondents who are screened out, in which case the final submitted response is saved. For more information, see How have respondents answered questions that they have not met logic requirements for?.

You will, however, see after which question they dropped off when you review the list of survey participants.

If you are concerned about drop-off rates, consider reviewing your survey length and complexity. See What is the recommended number of questions? for guidance.
