Sydney, 11 November 2025 - Conjointly, an all-in-one survey research platform, today announced that it has achieved ISO 27701:2019 certification for Privacy Information Management and ISO 27001:2022 certification for Information Security Management. These milestones reinforce Conjointly’s commitment to data privacy, information security, and the protection of personally identifiable information (PII) across its platform.

ISO 27701:2019 certification confirms that Conjointly’s privacy information management system meets international standards for processing personal data, whilst ISO 27001:2022 certification demonstrates that the company’s information security management system effectively protects sensitive data against evolving cyber threats.

“Achieving these certifications validates the significant investment we’ve made in safeguarding our clients and their participants,” said Nik Samoylov, Founder of Conjointly. “Data security isn’t just a checkbox exercise for us, it is fundamental to how we operate. These standards ensure that every aspect of our platform, from data collection through to storage and analysis, meets the highest international benchmarks for privacy and security.”

“Research platforms handle vast amounts of sensitive consumer data and business-critical insights,” adds Samoylov. “Throughout the ISO certification process, we demonstrated that Conjointly takes data protection seriously at every level, from how we collect and store information to how we manage access controls and respond to potential security incidents.”

These certifications complement Conjointly’s other quality and security credentials, including SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2 certifications and ISO 20252:2019 certification for sampling, demonstrating the company’s comprehensive commitment to quality, security, and data integrity.
