Conjointly, an all-in-one survey research platform, today announced that it has achieved ISO 20252:2019 certification for market, opinion, and social research including insights and data analytics, specifically for Annex A (Sampling).

Sydney, 29 October 2025 - Conjointly, an all-in-one survey research platform, today announced that it has achieved ISO 20252:2019 certification for market, opinion, and social research including insights and data analytics, specifically for Annex A (Sampling). This milestone reinforces Conjointly’s commitment to quality, transparency, and consistency in how sampling activities are designed and managed across its platform.

The certification confirms that Conjointly’s sampling services, from Predefined panels overseen by the Conjointly team to the automated Self-serve sample, conform to the strict standards of ISO 20252:2019.

“We are proud to be recognised for our quality management process in sampling,” said Nik Samoylov, Founder of Conjointly. “At a time when sample quality is a hot topic and when suppliers push unproven AI-based replacements of talking to real people and getting real consumer insights, we want to make it clear that we have strong functionality to block bots, detect and eliminate low quality responses, and engage our survey participants.”

Conjointly’s ISO 20252:2019 certification covers Annex A (Sampling) only. Conjointly is not attested for other Annexes.

“Research suppliers, pressed between a weakened consumer economy and AI FOMO, are desperately pushing wasteful alternatives to talking to real people, such as so-called AI synthetic personas and AI bots that fill surveys without giving anything meaningful to research buyers and decision-makers,” adds Samoylov. “Throughout the ISO certification process, we emphasised that Conjointly’s sample is made of real people and we go to extreme pains to eliminate suspicious entries.”

This certification complements Conjointly’s other quality and security credentials, including SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2 certifications, demonstrating the company’s broader commitment to data integrity and security.
