From ISO 27001 certification and strengthened quality controls to AI-powered insights tools, explore Conjointly's 2025 highlights and what's coming in 2026.
As the year comes to a close, thank you for being part of the Conjointly community!
Here’s what Conjointly launched in 2025 and what’s coming to support your research needs in 2026 and beyond.
Advancing data quality and research standards
Throughout 2025, Conjointly enhanced its multi-layered quality management systems, Review Participant dashboard, and quality checker features.
Additional safeguards were added, including extra hard exclusion rules and detection of anomalous network activities to help you catch low-quality responses before they reach your data.

Conjointly’s commitments to data security and quality continue to receive external validation. Beyond maintaining SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2 accreditation, Conjointly achieved ISO 20252:2019 (Annex A), ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 27701:2019 certifications in 2025.

New analysis tools for faster insights
Code-free analysis and visualisation with Insights Explorer
Insights Explorer brings R data analysis and visualisations to researchers at any experience level. This free, browser-based utility works for both Conjointly reports and external datasets.
Simply describe the insights or analysis you need in the LLM chat interface and receive the executable code. The tool generates R-based charts, summarises patterns in data and suggests follow-up analyses based on results.

Transform raw survey data into structured insights with Deep probe
Deep probe, available across all Conjointly reports, lets you automatically analyses your survey data using AI or custom formulas. Instead of spending days manually coding responses and performing calculations, describe what you want to learn and get structured results in minutes.

More survey tools and functionalities for your research
Gain qualitative insights at scale with conversational surveys
Conversational surveys use one-on-one AI-powered chats that adapt questions as respondents answer.
This approach digs deeper into individual perspectives, letting you explore unexpected themes that emerge during conversations and gather contextual information to complement other findings. See how it works in this 6-minute video guide.

Identify top-performing video creative before launch
Video plays a growing role in marketing and advertising. Conjointly added Video Test and Out-of-Home Video Ad Test to help brands identify which creative performs best and inform refinements before launch.

Capture and measure designs’ first impressions
A design has seconds to capture attention before losing it. Five-Second Testing lets researchers present designs briefly to respondents and ask questions about what they remembered and felt, revealing whether designs make an instant impact.

Collect gender and age efficiently with Gender and age question type
The recently launched Gender and age question type collects both demographics in a single question and stores responses for future surveys, preventing respondents from repeatedly answering the same questions.
What’s coming in 2026
These features are available in alpha now, with full launches planned for 2026.
Review and refine surveys with AI assistance
You can review survey design and get actionable recommendations to improve data quality and respondent experience using Script Review’s intuitive LLM chat interface.

Transform survey data into professional presentations
Conjointly is developing a new utility that lets you export survey data into branded presentations using your templates. Get a sneak peek at the application and play with the editing functions, with full functionality coming in 2026. Online presentation editor
